Drew Dierickx is an up-and-coming excelling entrepreneur who dreams big. As a Sophomore at Azusa Pacific University he has participated in entrepreneur competitions and has even turned his on campus apartment into his own personal fragrance lab. His brand emphasizes that, “Everyone deserves to feel beautiful in a society with such a skewed vision of beauty” according to Dierickx. He has created an elegant floral and citrus scent. The goal is to promote natural beauty through his handmade perfumes made with all organic essential oils.

It began to feel a lot like the Christmas season after my Sunday evening stroll down Wilshire Avenue. Christmas music chimed and red and white lights twinkled in every tree. Poinsettia plants decorated the sidewalks and every person I passed by seemed pleasant and jolly. What a wonderful time of year I thought to myself. Despite the fact that finals week was upon many college students like myself, a moment to take in the holiday joy was just what I needed before diving back into my studies.

This grey sweater is soft and cozy, it’s not one of those sweaters that is itchy. From sweaters to dresses to coats, this winter I am in love with anything that has a cowl or turtle neck. Fortunately, in Southern California we can get away with sleeveless sweaters! I like this one from Express because it can also be used as a great layering piece.
